History

The radiologists at Lehigh Valley Hospital were originally employees of the Allentown Sacred Heart Hospital Center which was founded in 1974. In 1977 we established a private practice known as ASH Radiology with seven radiologists. In 1993, this new group grew to twelve members at which point we merged with 5 radiologists from Allentown Radiological Association and became known as Medical Imaging of the Lehigh Valley (MILV).

We consider ourselves fortunate to have strong network organizational support and state of the art technology to accommodate the challenges of the future.
